Rules and Conditions
Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd. “Organizer” of “THE 43rd THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2026” has prepared lucky draw coupons for the “Buy a Motorbike, Win a Big Bike” promotion with the following rules:

1. * "Organizer" refers to Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd. and Motorcycle Expo Co., Ltd. 
* "Exhibitor" refers to manufacturers and/or distributors of new motorcycles who have signed an agreement to exhibit at “THE 43rd THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2026” at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani.
* "Participant" refers to persons who reserve and/or purchase a new motorcycle at “THE 43rd THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2026” from an "Exhibitor".
2. “Participant” must scan the designated QR Code provided by the “Organizer” to register and fill in all required information, and present proof of reservation and/or purchase of a new motorcycle at the Event to the staff at the activity registration point.
3. “Participant” will receive a coupon after completing registration. The coupon will state the number of entries received. For every 10,000 Baht of the actual reservation and/or purchase value of the motorcycle, 1 entry will be awarded (fractions less than 10,000 Baht will be discarded).
4. The grand prize is 1 unit of TRIUMPH TIGER 900 RALLY PRO motorcycle, valued at 668,000 Baht (Six hundred sixty-eight thousand Baht only).
5. "Organizer" will conduct the lucky draw to determine the primary winner and 10 reserve winners on 19 January 2027 at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, witnessed by a panel of 10 distinguished committee members.
6. "Organizer" will contact the lucky "Participant" who wins the prize via the mobile phone number provided and send a confirmation letter via electronic mail individually in sequential order.
7. "Participant" notified by the "Organizer" as the winner must present proof of ownership registration of the motorcycle reserved and/or purchased at the Event, fully transferred from the "Exhibitor" prior to 19 January 2027, to the "Organizer" within 30 days from the date the "Organizer" sends the notification letter to the "Participant" to be eligible to receive the prize. Otherwise, the "Participant" shall be deemed to have forfeited the right to the prize, and the "Organizer" will replace them with the reserve "Participant" in order of precedence and follow the procedure in Rule 6 until a winner is confirmed.
8. The winner cannot exchange the prize for cash and is responsible for paying all withholding tax as well as vehicle transfer costs.
9. The winner permits the "Organizer" to use their full name, audio recording, still images, and video footage taken on the prize presentation day for the Organizer's public relations purposes.
10. "Organizer" will announce the winner’s name on the websites autoinfo.co.th, motorexpo.co.th, via LINE @motorexpo in February 2027, and in “FORMULA” magazine, April 2027 issue.
11. Employees and family members of employees of Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, as well as employees and family members of employees of companies, organizations, agencies, and individuals involved in organizing this campaign, are not eligible to participate.
12. The "Organizer's" decision is final.
